March roadshow

Tamworth Assembly Rooms Heritage Team are holding another roadshow in March where members of the public are invited to look at the designs and give their views across to the team.

The first of the three drop-in sessions to view the plans is being held at Tamworth Assembly Rooms on Wednesday 12th March from 2pm-8pm.

The other two sessions will be held at Wilnecote Community Cafe at the Youth Centre in New Road on Tuesday 18th March and at Belgrave Community Cafe at Tamworth Community Fire Station, Marlborough Way on Thursday 20th March with both events running from 3pm-5pm.

Councillor Steve Claymore, cabinet member for economic development, said: "These are very exciting plans for the future of Tamworth Assembly Rooms, and i would encourage anyone with an interest in the building or the arts in the town to come along and have a look at the plans."
